Laëtitia Blot is a French multi combat sports Champion with an impressive track record.
Triple Judo French Champion, after a 28 years carrier she then takes a fresh start in a new sport: Wrestling, with target of becoming another time Champion and participate in the Olympics. She wins the French champion Wrestling title in 2016 and right away looks for a new challenge. it will be Sambo. After heavy training she competes in the World Championship in 2020 and wins the Bronze medal in the -63Kg. Start over again in a 4th combat sport to become another time Champion, is her new dream. She joignes HEXAGONE MMA to be part of the new MMA area in France, this sport recently green lighted by local authorities.
Laëtitia is a famous fighter in France in 3 different sports, an incredible athlete. She starts training at the age of 5 with her brother, then years of Dojo in the French specific ”sports-study” program to rapidly reach highest levels and victories. But things have not always been easy. In one of her fights she suffered from a head injury following a K.O. She decides to take a break and left France. While in Australia she felt that something was missing. Sports! She joignes an Australian Football team and after a year she flights back to take her kimono again. From there everything lines up and Champion titles follow one another. She want to be part of the Olympics in Rio but French Federation refused the triple Champion arguing she was too old at 33! This is were she switches to Wrestling and wins new French Champion titles.
She began MMA in 2019 with her coach David Ducanovic, a former friend from her Judo times and head of the Duca Team based in Marseille.
”With all the potential you’ve got you can become French MMA #1. You have been Champion in Judo and Wrestling, you can become the French Ronda Rousey!” once said her manager.
Laetitia had a pretty nice start in her MMA carrier being the 1st French woman to participate in a French MMA competition in Octobre 2019. From that day, she also entered the French MMA history.
She signed to join HEXAGONE MMA in 2021.
Her goals in life is to always go beyond, further and prove that you can be multi combat sports whatever age and as well, be feminine. Amongst being a woman and a combat sports Champion, she is also a fan of DBZ and the character C18, that’s where her nicknames comes from!
